OFFICIAL RULES

Important: Please read these Official Rules before entering this promotional sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), which will be conducted at the Alaska Federation of Natives Conference held October 22–24, 2026 (the “Conference”).

By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

Eligibility. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. SWEEPSTAKES OPEN ONLY TO INDIVIDUAL UNITED STATES CITIZENS AND LAWFUL PERMANENT U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND PUERTO RICO. IF YOU DO NOT MEET ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS, OR ANY OTHER ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES, YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN A PRIZE, AND 49TH STATE PAC (“SPONSOR”) RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO AWARD PRIZES TO YOU. To be eligible to win the prize, entries must be completed and received by Sponsor in the format designated below. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsor and any of its agents, professional advisors, consultants, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win any prizes. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Disclaimer. Sponsor, and its related affiliates, directors, officers, consultants, professional advisors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, illegible, or damaged entries; (b) any Sweepstakes disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor or by non-authorized human intervention; or (c) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes starts at 8:00 am Alaska Time on Thursday, October 22, 2026 and ends at 4:00 pm Alaska Time on Saturday, October 24, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to win a prize.

Prizes. Four (4) Prizes will be awarded, one (1) per winner (each, a “Prize”): (a) one (1) Yamaha 115 HP midrange outboard boat motor (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $12,000); (b) one (1) 2027 Ski-Doo Expedition snowmachine (ARV: $12,000); (c) one (1) 2027 Yamaha Grizzly EPS Camo 4-wheeler (ARV: $12,000); and (d) one (1) Frigidaire 20 cubic foot upright freezer (ARV: $1,000) (total ARV of all Prizes: $37,000).

Odds; Taxes; Etc. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Any winner of a Prize with an ARV of $600 or more will be required to provide Sponsor with a valid taxpayer identification number and will receive an IRS Form 1099. All prizes will be awarded. The prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner if (a) the winner affidavit and release materials (see Sections 10 and 11 below) are not returned as required from the potential winner, (b) two (2) attempts to contact the potential winner by phone and/or e-mail are not successful, or (c) any prize is otherwise not claimed. Prizes are not transferable. Each winner is responsible for all costs of registration, titling, licensing, and insurance associated with the winner’s Prize. Sponsor will deliver each Prize, at Sponsor’s expense, to an address in Alaska provided by the winner. A winner who resides outside Alaska is responsible for all costs of transporting the Prize from a location in Alaska designated by Sponsor. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

Identity of Entrant. In the event of a dispute about the identity of the entrant, the entry will be deemed made by the individual whose name appears on the Entry Card. The potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof of identity, such as valid government-issued photo identification.

How to Enter. To enter, complete an official sweepstakes entry card (an “Entry Card”) by legibly providing your name, phone number, mailing address, and e-mail address, and return it during the Sweepstakes Period to the 49th State PAC booth at the Conference or at the 49th State PAC Meet and Greet at the Conference. Entry Cards are available free of charge at the 49th State PAC booth. Limit one (1) entry per person; additional entries will be disqualified. You do not need to be present at the drawing to win. Incomplete or illegible Entry Cards may be disqualified. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. All entrants and entries are subject to verification by Sponsor. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Unless you check the opt-out box on the Entry Card, by entering the Sweepstakes you consent to being placed on Sponsor’s mailing and e-mail lists to receive information from Sponsor and for other purposes in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. If you check the opt-out box, Sponsor will use your information only to administer the Sweepstakes, including to notify you if you win.

Drawing. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted by Sponsor on or about Sunday, October 25, 2026. Prizes will be awarded in the order listed in Section 4 to potential winners in the order drawn. Sponsor may, with the potential winner’s consent and in accordance with applicable law, conduct a background check on any potential winner. A potential winner who declines to consent may be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify a potential winner if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that awarding a prize to that person could create a safety or security risk or disrupt any event associated with the Sweepstakes. Each potential winner will be notified by phone or e-mail by Tuesday, October 27, 2026. To claim the prize, the winner should follow the instructions and comply with the conditions contained in their notification.

General Release. By entering the Sweepstakes, you release Sponsor and all Released Parties from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, and publicity or privacy claims), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

Use of Winner Name, Likeness, etc. Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a Prize, you grant to Sponsor and anyone authorized by Sponsor permission to use your name, hometown, likeness, and prize information for promotional and publicity purposes, in any manner or media, without further notice or compensation. You hereby release and discharge each of Sponsor, its officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns, and anyone acting under Sponsor’s authorization, from any claims that such use as authorized herein violates any of your rights, including without limitation any rights of publicity or privacy.

Affidavit & Release. As a condition of being awarded any prize, the winner may be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability; a consent to the use of the winner’s name, hometown, likeness and/or prize information, without limitation, for promotional purposes without further permission or compensation; and any other legal, regulatory, or tax-related documents required by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Winner List; Rules Request. For a copy of the winner list, send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope after October 28, 2026 and before October 29, 2027, to Sponsor at the address listed below, Attn: “49th State PAC AFN Sweepstakes Winner List.” To obtain a copy of these Official Rules, visit www.49thstatepac.com/sweepstakes, request a copy at the 49th State PAC booth during the Conference, or send a stamped, self-addressed, business-size envelope to Sponsor at the address listed below, Attn: “49th State PAC AFN Sweepstakes Rules Request.” Residents of VT may omit return postage.

Miscellaneous. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Alaska without regard to its or any other jurisdiction’s choice of law provisions. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Any provision of these Official Rules deemed unenforceable will be enforced to the extent permissible, and the remainder of these Official Rules will remain in effect. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Sweepstakes or any entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes should unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Sweepstakes as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, violate any law, rule or regulation in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes, tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Sweepstakes or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Sweepstakes.
